Your first appointment is charged at our hourly rate of per team of two EcoCleaners. Time estimates are below and dependent on the square footage of your house. Follow up appointments are flat rate priced based on the size of your home and the more frequent your appointments, the less you pay per cleaning. We offer weekly, bi-weekly (every 2 weeks) and you can save by purchasing 3-month or 6-month packages in advance. Or you can choose to be billed for each cleaning and pay by cash, cheque.

About Ongoing Maid Service

How does your maid service work?
Simply sign up for any one of our maid services and we will design a custom cleaning plan just for you and your home. Choose from one-time or subscription service (weekly or bi-weekly.

Can I change plans at any time?
For sure! Simply call or email us and we’ll increase, decrease, pause or cancel your service.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Green Clean Squad is a pay-as-you-go service though we offer substantial savings to clients who purchase pre-paid packages. You may cancel your service at any time and receive a pro-rated refund.

Is my home & personal information safe?
Keys you provide us will not identify your home. The personal information you share with us is encrypted. Our staff are all bonded & pass background checks.

What are your rates?
All first-time, one-time and occasional cleanings are priced hourly in 15-minute increments + GST. Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly clients are charged a flat rate per visit based on the square footage of their homes.

Do I have to be home when you clean?
No you don’t. You can provide us with access to your home with a key, a door/garage code, or can be there to let us in then leave if you like.


How many maids do you send?
For first-time cleans, we usually send a team of two. For weekly, bi-weekly and monthly appointments, we assign two maids per home to ensure consistency and a high quality of service.

What is included?
All services include dusting of furniture & decor, vacuuming, washing of floors, and detailed kitchen and bathroom cleaning. Cleaning products & supplies are included.

Is anything not included?
Alberta Health Services has advised us to not bring vacuums from home to home. If you do not have a vacuum, please email us prior to your appointment and we will provide one for your service.

What extras can I add?
You can add on to any service: oven interior cleaning; fridge interior cleaning; wall washing; window interiors; cupboard/closet/drawer interiors; laundry; organizing; carpet deodorizing; and carpet cleaning.

Do you offer one-time cleanings?
Absolutely! We can clean one time for you at our regular hourly rate.
